In order to drive business value such as engagement, retention, greater customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, organizations need to go beyond forms and data to engage employees from offer letter throughout the entirety of their employee journey.

Within the onboarding technology space, there are generally two types of solutions: data-first and people-first strategies. Data-first solutions are typically apart of an integrated suite that are great at managing transactions and data across multiple business areas and modules. A people-first solution manages forms and workflows to maintain compliance and the completion of necessary tasks, but it goes beyond to engage new hires, connecting them to the organization, its culture, and its mission.
