Previously, they experienced inefficiencies in their recruiting process as it relates to time and paper costs. They realized that they needed to automate their recruiting processes to put downward pressure on time-intensive tasks that took away from delivering personal touches and relationship building opportunities to ultimately deliver a better experience for HR, managers, and candidates.
