Julie recently published an article in Forbes titled: How to Create a Learning Culture That People Actually Want To Be Apart Of.
To do this, Julie says that “you need to focus on how you can create a learning environment that is partly created by, and belongs to, the workforce. When they see themselves in the learning program, they will participate”. Julie goes on to say that it’s important to leverage feedback from the workforce to create learning programs that are interesting and relevant.
