Previously, Wood.’s onboarding experience consisted of 83 pieces of paper per new hire. They wanted a more streamlined approach that put downward pressure on the amount of time and paper it took for new hires to become productive, whether new hires began their day at an office or in the field.

Wood. implemented a strategic onboarding solution that replaced 83 pieces of paper with 7 electronic eforms that could be completed at scale in the field or at the airport using a mobile phone, enabling new hires to be billable by noon on their first day.
