With the recent impacts from Hurricane Harvey in Houston and Hurricane Irma in southeastern US, we want to assure you that we remain ready to support our SilkRoad family of customers.

For those of you who are facing impacts from either storm, our thoughts are with you, and we hope you experience no -or minimal – impact. We are here to continue to support your business needs.

SilkRoad does not expect any service disruption from the storm to impact your experience with our products. However, should you experience a disruption, please follow standard support procedures. As a precaution, we have activated our business continuity team to ensure readiness and minimize any potential service impact. We are also coordinating efforts with our staff in Florida to ensure their safety, and we have staff in our other locations standing by to assist in servicing your needs. In short, there should be no change in how you do business with us.
