Therefore, if you are an employee of one of our customers and would no longer like to be involved with one of our customers that use our solutions or otherwise have issues related to your data (such as to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data) that is controlled by our customer, please contact the customer that you interact with directly.
Service Providers and Sub-Processors
SilkRoad may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our services. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our customers.
SilkRoad will retain personal data from our web site and that we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide services to our customers. SilkRoad will also retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
SilkRoad does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our web site is directed to children under the age of 13.
