HeartBeat supports all worker types including:
- Employees - Hired workers, full or part time
- Temporary workers
- Independent Contractors - Individuals engaged to
provide a service
- Vendors or any other types of contacts that provide services on site
Securely manage all employee personal
information such as name, contact information, emergency contacts,
certifications, education/qualifications, beneficiaries, veteran status and
disability status.
- Manage job information for all worker types
including (but not limited to):
job title, reports to manager, job location, department/organization, work email, work address, work phone, base pay, variable pay
- Ability to store information such as benefits summary plan descriptions, employee handbooks, and other company-specific documents and policies
- Update and change worker data/information
