OpenHire’s career portals provide organizations the ability to share video, upload pictures, link to blogs or calendars and really get candidates engaged and involved in the culture of the company.

Career page
OpenHire provides a branded applicant interface, which is integrated with your corporate website. Separate interfaces are available for internal, intranet job posting. Candidates are able to browse and search current openings, submit resumes, submit optional EEO information and fill out requisition specific screening questions through these interfaces.

Online employment applications and forms
OpenHire provides your candidates the ability to apply online directly from your career page or career site.  Customized employment applications allow for adding logos and provide the flexibility to ask minimal questions initially and then send an email if the candidate is a good fit, requesting they fill out the complete application. Any forms you wish to have completed during the application process can be done completely electronically as well.

For hourly workers that may not have a resume, they can complete all necessary information during the application process, including education, certifications and shift preferences.

Resume management
Resumes you receive via email are easily imported to your database using our Upload Candidates feature. Applicants can also upload resume files directly when applying via the web.  OpenHire is fully and seamlessly integrated with ResumePal. Candidates can use their existing ResumePal profile to apply for positions in OpenHire with just one click.

OpenHire will capture and retain the original resume when a candidate submits that resume online. The original resume is accessible under the “attached files” area of the candidate’s profile.

Network
By utilizing our LinkedIn integration candidates can now see who they know within your organization.
