Searching

Eprise allows employees to quickly find the information they need from the corporate intranet with convenient searching and indexing functionality that go beyond document titles and metadata. The content of documents is fully indexed and keywords are dynamically created for optimum searching. Like all content in Eprise, a user will only see search results for information they have permission to see.

Featured pages
Users can designate which page is featured at the top of the results list for specific search terms.

Results Ranking
Search results are listed based on how closely they match the user search keywords. The relevancy to the keyword is listed out by percentage, enabling users to quickly identify what best matches their search.

Deliver the Right Results to Specific Audiences
If the user does not have permission to view certain content, the privileged content will not be listed among the search results. A user will never be able to view a page they do not have permission to access.
