SilkRoad technology, inc., a leading provider of talent management solutions, continued to receive amazing feedback from the industry in the second quarter of 2010. This quarter the company was honored with numerous awards for its efforts in customer service and product innovation.

Recent recognitions for the company include:

CODiE Award - This quarter SilkRoad technology was named the winner of the prestigious CODiE Award for the 'Best Human Capital Management Solution' by the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA). SilkRoad's Life Suite was reviewed by members of SIIA and voted on as the winner. The program showcases and honors the software and information industry's finest products and services.

Red Herring 100 North America Award - Red Herring selected SilkRoad as a winner of its 100 North America Award. The Red Herring 100 North America Award is a prestigious list honoring the year's most promising private technology ventures from the North American business region. Red Herring's editorial team chose SilkRoad from a pool of hundreds of companies from across North America. Companies were evaluated on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technology innovation, quality of management, execution of strategy, and track record.

The American Business Awards - This year the American Business Awards (ABA) recognized SilkRoad's customer service by naming it a finalist in the 'Customer Service Department of the Year' category. The ABAs are the nation's premier business awards program and annually honor and recognize the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and business people worldwide. This is the fourth consecutive year the ABAs have recognized SilkRoad for its customer service.

AlwaysOn East 100 - SilkRoad was included in the AlwaysOn East 100 list this year. Companies included on the East 100 list show leadership amongst its peers and game-changing approaches and technologies that are likely to disrupt existing markets and entrenched players. SilkRoad was selected by the AlwaysOn editorial team and industry experts spanning the globe based on a set of five criteria: innovation, market potential, commercialization, stakeholder value, and media buzz.

HRchitect HRtechnology Ironman - The company's market leading recruiting management solution, OpenHire was also named the winner of HRchitect's HRtechnology Ironman competition in June. The competition is an educational webinar series that has software vendors compete against one another to find the best solution on the market.
