SilkRoad technology, inc., a leading global provider of cloud-based talent management solutions, together with The Employee Engagement Group, a leading talent management consulting firm, announced today they have entered into a collaborative partnership, combining The Employee Engagement Group’s world class learning content with SilkRoad’s innovative Internet-based content management and technology solution, Eprise.

The Employee Engagement Group is pleased to introduce The Engagement Learning Library, believed to be the first of its kind in the industry. This Internet-based library, consisting of world class talent management tools, training programs, templates, and related resources, will be made available to clients on an annual subscription basis via SilkRoad’s Eprise platform.

The engagement resources are structured to help companies increase employee engagement to drive business results.
