SilkRoad technology Give the GreenLight to Element K

SilkRoad technology, inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent management solutions, announced today it has teamed up with leading learning solutions provider, Element K. The new partnership gives SilkRoad the ability to resell Element K content, giving SilkRoad's customers additional tools that can help them solve their employee development needs. The partnership gives SilkRoad customers access to courseware and learning management from one source.

SilkRoad will now bundle 200 Element K courses with SilkRoad's learning management system (LMS), GreenLight, for North American small and medium business customers. This offer preloads Element K's courseware for a seamless integration into GreenLight, allowing customers to access the Element K content within the LMS. The Element K bundle offers off-the-shelf training content for the most common, cross-industry training needs including compliance training, professional development, IT, and media design with some courses available in Spanish and French. The courses are interactive with many courses including pretests, posttests and simulations. The course progress and test scores are tracked and reported within GreenLight, allowing customers to easily measure the impact of training.

During implementation, SilkRoad will load the Element K courses into the customer's GreenLight instance. Customers can combine Element K courses with courses they create or upload, making them available to their students in the catalog or assigning as part of a development plan.
