SilkRoad technology Named As a Finalist in 2009 American Business Awards

SilkRoad technology, inc., a leading provider of talent management solutions, announced today it was named a Finalist in the 'Customer Service Team of the Year' category for The 2009 American Business Awards (ABAs). SilkRoad was selected from more than 2,600 entries submitted across 40 categories.

Marking the third ABAs nomination in three years for SilkRoad, this year the ABAs nominated SilkRoad's new Product Engineering Team, a team specifically designed to improve the customer experience and centralize technical support for hundreds of clients worldwide. The team consults with customers to help design a customized product and implementation, ensuring client expectations are met with strategic, technical, and functional guidance.

Stevie Award winners will be announced during the annual gala on Monday, June 22 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.  600 executives from across the U.S. are expected to attend.  The ceremonies will be broadcast on radio nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network and hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network.
