    SilkRoad Technology Accelerates Growth by Increasing Customer Acquisitions and Implementations in First Quarter 2012

    SilkRoad Welcomes Nearly 120 New Customers Including Aruba Networks, Provant Health Solutions and NSTAR Global Services

    SilkRoad Technology, Inc., a leading provider of social talent management solutions, continues to gain significant momentum for its Life Suite® product line with accelerated customer growth in the first quarter, including G-TECH, Presidio Network Solutions, Aruba Networks, Provant Health Solutions and NSTAR Global Services.  In addition, the quarter saw an increase in the number of international customers, including Channel Four Television Corp. (UK), Rainforest Education (Singapore) and Mazars (France).  SilkRoad’s Life Suite solutions provide companies worldwide with an intuitive design, scalability and localization to effectively engage, develop and enable top talent.

    Highlights from the Quarter:

    Expanding Existing Customer Implementations In the first quarter, existing customers, including Microfocus and Trumpet Behavioral Health, added additional solutions to their Life Suite implementations.  Microfocus, a leading global software company, is a long-term OpenHire® and RedCarpet® customer that added SilkRoad’s WingSpan® as its performance management system for its global workforce.  Trumpet Behavioral Health, the nation’s leading provider of behavioral services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and an OpenHire, RedCarpet and HeartBeat® customer, added WingSpan and Eprise® to streamline its performance management and intranets.

    Industry Recognition Also in the first quarter, SilkRoad’s Point™, a social enterprise solution, was one of ten finalists worldwide recognized with a Netexplo 2012 Award for digital innovation.  In addition, SilkRoad’s RedCarpet was recognized by the CODiE Awards and OpenHire was recognized by the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards as a leading talent management solution.  SilkRoad’s dedicated support team was also honored with a Stevie Award for its innovative approach to customer service.
